Multiple ports available in side panels for process feed throughs. Equipped with 10" Varian diffusion pump, also 10" variable orifice unit for pressure control. Mechanical pumping by Edwards EH250 Blower w/E2M40 roughing pump. Each chamber module is 2 feet in length, overall internal is 8 feet. Each pair of chambers mounted on their own rollable base. Tight system that goes quickly into the 10-7 range.
